Warranty

Supreme Caravans warrants that, for a period of three years* from the date of first purchase, any short comings in the original material or manufacture will be corrected without charge to the original purchaser for parts and labour incurred in that rectification.

Parts Replacement under Warranty – All parts must be returned to Supreme Caravans or an authorised Dealer before replacement parts will be sent to the customer.

Before warranty work is performed by outside repairers – Proof of Claim must be shown to Supreme Caravans e.g. Photos, emails.

Please note: Contact your local dealer to purchase extended warranty or a replacement booklet.

 

*The 3 year structural warranties are honoured at the three Australian Caravan Centre locations. Otherwise refer to the 3 Year Structural Warranty document.
