Introduction

The Supreme Caravans privacy policy is committed to responsible privacy practices. Our respect for customers’ privacy is paramount, and the “Privacy Policy” is intended to inform you of our policies and practices regarding the collection, use and disclosure of any information you submit to us through our website and national dealer network. This includes “Personal Information” which is information about you that is personally identifiable such as your name, address, telephone number and email address.

How do we collect and use your personal information?

Supreme Caravans collect personal information in three main ways:

  •  Warranty registration form

 

By providing the details required we may use your information in order to keep you up to date with information about us, our products and services and/or to provide you with special offers. Also to ensure your purchase of a Supreme Caravan is recorded and maintained for warranty and service purposes.

What if you don’t provide personal information?

Generally, you have no obligation to provide any personal information requested by us. However, if you choose to withhold requested personal information, we may not be able to provide you with the products and services that depend on the collection of that information. As an example, if you did not provide the personal information on the Contact Us form for all mandatory fields, we would be unable to assist with your specific enquiry.


To whom do we disclose personal information?


It is not Supreme Caravans policy to disclose your personal information to any person without your consent. However Supreme Caravans and its Authorised Dealers share personal information and is used for the primary purpose for which you provided it or for purposes which are related to the primary purpose. For example, when you purchase a caravan from a Supreme Dealer, we use the information you provide on the Warranty Certificate to contact you with a reminder when the caravan is due for service.


We may also disclose personal information to contractors (such as IT providers) who require access to that information to perform services for us. We require these contractors to keep that personal information confidential and not to disclose it for any purpose other than the purpose of performing those services.

How is personal information secured?


Supreme Caravans has implemented standards of technology and operational security in order to protect personal information from loss, misuse or unauthorised alteration or destruction. Only authorised personnel are allowed to access the personal information covered by this Privacy Policy.


Updating your personal information or opt-out


We endeavour to maintain your personal information as accurately and reasonably possible. We rely on the accuracy of personal information provided to us both directly and indirectly. We encourage you to contact us if the personal information we hold about you is incorrect, to notify us of a change in your personal information or request removal of your personal information from our database.
